Please read our terms and conditions carefully before registering for a trackday.
1. Registration and payment
Registration for a trackday is final upon receipt of payment. By registering you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the participant, the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking apply. JM Trackriders reserves the right to cancel an event in case of insufficient participation or force majeure.
3. Liability
Participation in a trackday is entirely at your own risk. JM Trackriders is not liable for damage, injury or loss during the event. Participants must be adequately insured.
4. Safety and equipment
Participants are required to wear the prescribed riding gear and to follow the instructions of the organisation and instructors. The organisation may exclude participants in the event of misconduct or unsafe riding.
5. Bike and technical condition
The bike must be in good technical condition and meet the on-site technical inspection. The participant is responsible for the maintenance of their own bike.
6. Privacy
Personal data is used exclusively for the organisation of the event and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
